Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Ran a 5K this morning. It was very cold and windy. The first time I had to break out the tights this fall. Winter must be just around the corner. Felt much better than expected and even had a little bit of kick left in me. There were a few hills to climb the last mile but made the course a little interesting.

Eric--great job on the 5K. You did look strong when I saw you there at the end going up that big hill. You seem to be running really well right now. Good job!
