Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Finally back to business. It has been a whole week since I have even took a walk let alone go for a run. This stomach flu bug was a killer and had me in bed for an entire week. It was nice to be out for a run because the temp was perfect and the leaves are incredible. I took it very easy trying not to upset my stomach.

Oh well, there goes my 200 for October goal but November is just around the corner.

Hey! I saw you yesterday out running laps around Bennion's track. I said hi, but you probably didn't hear me since my windows were rolled up :) Glad to see you're still out hitting the road.

It was good to meet you yesterday at Antelope Island. Thanks for running with me for a bit, I enjoyed our conversation. You really helped me start a long run smartly. Hope to see you on the trails again sometime!
