Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Met Cheris, Michelle and Steve at Alta High for my first coaching session. Very nice morning in the low 60's, maybe a little warm. Very encouraged from talking with Steve about my current level of fitness. It looks like there is plenty of room to improve and I have not plateaued. Looking forward to putting more quality steady miles in instead of beating myself up for not being a sub 6 minute miler.

 Very, Very encouraged!

Second run around noon. Steady hill climb for 2 miles and then the descent.

I've always known you're awesome, Eric. I'm glad you had a good workout this morning.

I'm glad you met up with the group and that it turned out so well. Do what Steve says and I think you'll see great results.

I'm so glad you could come--it makes it so much fun with more people! I just totally think Steve has helped me so much since this spring. He is just so knowledgeable!
