Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Caught up on some sleep and was able to make it to the 5:15am run which was awesome as usual. It was dry the first half with light falling snow the second half. Turned out to be perfect and was not too cold. Great to visit with everyone. I ran mostly with Peggy and Alan, great to get caught up.

5:15 is so darn early, way to go!!! It did turn out to not be so bad, when we were headed in the right direction! I think my face froze for only half of the run. BRRRR. But, it is making me one tough cookie!!

See you on Saturday, I am so excited I can hardly contain myself!

Good run today Eric. I want to come Saturday, I really do. Hopefully I can make it work (and it won't be snowing).

Cheryl, Kelli,

Hopefully the snow will hold off long enough for us to get a run in. Cheryl, hope to see you there.

Thanks for the email about the oval. You are so good to plan these things. Julie and me just headed to the gym on the fun old treadmill:)

Hmmmm, no report for today yet. You must having too much fun!

Thanks for running with me today. I seriously would have quit way earlier had it not been for you guys keeping me moving. It was tough for me, but I did it!!! WE did it!
