Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Found it very difficult to get up this morning. Halloween and the kids did me in so I slept right through my planned early morning run. So at 10:30 this morning I headed out for a run in the daytime. Very pleasant day for November 1st, The warmest day I ever recall for this date. Slight breeze, temp in the low 60's and gas is 2.47 at the Holiday Station by my house. Shaping up to be a good day.

I'm glad we didn't miss you this morning. We circled back once, then figured you'd gotten a better offer. At 5:00 in the morning, the mattress is almost always a better offer (at least it seems that way at the time!). It was a very nice day for a run. If you're like me, you were running off your Halloween candy!
