Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

I went for a run this afternoon up City Creek. It was a beautiful run! There was some lightly falling snow which made the scenery like from a postcard. A few die-hard runners were passing up and down the canyon. I am get Christmas fever in the worst way. It is hard to sit still during the day and work when I want to visit with my family and friends. Only a few more days to go.

So, you are counting yourself as one of those die hard runners, right?

Kelli,

I think they are die-hard because they are running in the winter to stay healthy. I'm just an idiot because I am too addicted to know better when to stay inside after running in the morning. Just kidding, I just love to run. I guess that makes me and the BBK's a bunch of die-hards! You included.

Eric, your photo is the perfect picture for the song "Should I give up or should I just keep chasing pavement"!
