Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Long night working on projects so unable to drag my tail out of bed for running group. I think my work is getting the way of important things like running. Was able to get away from the office for a 5 mile run this afternoon. It did warm-up and turned out to be a really nice day.

Sorry we didn't see you this morning. I guess work is more important than the running group. At least you're able to get out and run during the day when it's so nice. How much longer do we have of nice weather?

Oh, I don't know about work being more important. It is more of not managing time effectively. Did anyone mention a weekend run? It would be nice to see a few from the group. Hope it was a great run.
