Running Accomplishments:

Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.

I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!

Personal:

Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Are you running in Vegas??? I can not remember. If so, good luck!

How many marathons do you run a year?

Kelli, thanks, I need it. Feeling a bit slow these days. I have run (1) Salt Lake (2) Ogden (3) Deseret News (4) Park City (5) Top of Utah (6) St. George and (7) will be Las Vegas and then I am going to take a nap.

Will it be a big, long winter nap? Or just a quickie before Painters?!

From Kelli on Mon, Dec 01, 2008 at 18:14:55

I would go for the long winter nap!!! Wow, though, 7 marathons in one year. I am super impressed.

Peggy, it all depends on the boss. Hopefully she will want a vacation from the snow and weather by then. I know you and Mike will do awesome at Painters!
