Once beat Cheryl at the Hobble Creek Half Marathon about three years ago, and kept up with Peggy for 100m four years ago. Completion of 52 marathons to date.
I enjoy the marathon distance. It demands consistency in training and provides a constant goal to work towards. Could not run without the support of my great family and friends.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy would be the number one goal. To accomplish this long-term feat I need to cross-train and add strength training into the mix.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Someday I would like to qualify for Boston although at the moment it seems very tough!
Personal:
Love running, music, art, food, friends and family in no particular order it just depends on the day.

Could not wake up this morning for the life of me so decided to run this afternoon. It was very pleasant, probably in the fifties. Started out sort of sluggish but warmed up after a while. It was great to be running none the less. Looking for a long run with the running group tomorrow morning.
